A strong mix of up-and-coming PGA Tour players and established pros are set to tee off Thursday at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas at the 2021 Shriners Children’s Open. The field includes 11 of the top 25 players in the world, led by No. 8 Louis Oosthuizen and ninth-ranked Brooks Koepka. Norwegian star Viktor Hovland also is expected to be right in the mix alongside a youthful group featuring Sam Burns, the winner last week in Mississippi, and reigning PGA Tour Rookie of the Year Will Zalatoris. Caesars Sportsbook lists Hovland and Scottie Scheffler as the 22-1 co-favorites in its latest 2021 Shriners Children’s Open odds, with Koepka, Burns, Zalatoris and Abraham Ancer all at 25-1.
