New details on WWE's plans for AJ Lee
As everyone knows, AJ Lee made her sensational WWE return on SmackDown earlier this month and fans were literally speechless. All wrestling fans have long dreamed of the return of CM Punk's wife, who had left the Stamford’s federation more than a decade ago to devote her time to her family and other activities she enjoyed.
In this time, she had never expressed a strong desire to return to action and most fans had surrendered to the fact that her career could be definitively over. Also thanks to the fundamental contribution of the 'Second City Saint' – who made his WWE comeback a couple of years ago – it was possible to see AJ back in the ring and his performance at 'Wrestlepalooza' just over a week ago exceeded even the expectations of insiders. She and her husband CM Punk defeated Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins in one of the most electrifying matches of that night.
