Ryder Cup ’23, opening Ceremony with music

The singer-songwriter Tom Grennan and the opera singer Carly Paoli will be on stage at the Opening Ceremony of the 2023 Ryder Cup, scheduled at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club, in Guidonia Montecelio (Rome), on Thursday 28 September.
The final details of the one-hour event are being finalized, which will take place from 4 pm at the club’s Fan Village Stage and which will, among other things, also feature a live musical show with Grennan , who will perform with two songs at the beginning and end, and with Paoli who will sing the Italian national anthem.
The ceremony will be conducted by showgirl Melissa Satta.

All 24 players from the European and US teams will be on stage to be officially introduced by their respective captains, Luke Donald (Team Europe) and Zach Johnson (Team USA).
