Australian heavyweight boxing champion Justis Huni’s home has been shot up in a drive-by attack in southern Brisbane.
Police are investigating the shooting, in which up to five bullets were fired into the 23-year-old’s home on Goorong Street in Sunnybank Hills, before 7am on Thursday.
No one was hurt by the hail of gunfire, but it is understood there were 10 people home at the time of the attack.

‘Obviously if you get your house shot up, you’re going to be shocked,’ Huni said on Thursday.
‘The whole household was waking up and we just checked to see if everyone was alright.’
The fighter’s father, Rocki, said the family felt ‘lucky to be alive’ and revealed his wife would usually have been up at the time of the attack.
‘The scary thing is one of the bullets was where my wife sits to feed our grandchild,’ he told Fox Sports.
‘No one was injured, thankfully, but we are all pretty shaken.’
