Atlanta Dream

Having averaged 29.5 fantasy points per game this season, Rhyne Howard has had an outstanding rookie season for fantasy managers. She was named Rookie of the Month for the second consecutive month, the league announced Tuesday. Howard has averaged 15.3 PPG and 2.7 APG, which leads all rookies in both stats. In addition, she was selected as one of the 12 reserves for the All-Star Game. Aari McDonald, available in 57.4% of leagues and averaging 22.7 fantasy points over her last four games, is a good streamer to consider.

Chicago Sky

Sky coach James Wade has been named WNBA Coach of the Month, the league announced Tuesday. Chicago went 9-2 in June and is ranked first in the Eastern Conference. Kahleah Copper has led the way for the Sky, putting up 15 PPG, 5.9 RPG and 2.1 APG while shooting 46.8% from the field during that time frame. Considering her average draft position, she has been an excellent fantasy value this season.

Connecticut Sun

Alyssa Thomas has scored 20 points in each of the past two games. So far this season, she has had four such games. During her last full season in 2020, Thomas had six 20-point games. This season, she has averaged 29.9 fantasy points per game and exceeded expectations for fantasy managers. Don’t overlook Natisha Hiedeman if you need a streamer. She has played 30 or more minutes in five consecutive games.

Dallas Wings

With 250 career 3-pointers made, Arike Ogunbowale is the third fastest in WNBA history to achieve this milestone, trailing only Diana Taurasi and Katie Smith.
