*Spoiler* Roman Reigns’ opponent for Tribute to the Troops revealed


During the course of the year, WWE has almost always held one or more special shows for its military, with US troops always being supported by the McMahon-owned company, both as a matter of membership in the United States and therefore for a patriotic issue, both for reasons related to politics, with the McMahons who have always been on the side of Donald Trump, former US president and many other numbers one in the White House.

The flagship show that takes its name from these events is the WWE Tribute to the Troops, or the show entirely dedicated to US troops, especially those who gave their lives for the good of the country, which usually goes to wave close to the holiday season.

Since 2003, the year in which this event was founded, WWE has staged it every year, except in 2019. Also last year, during the Covid-19 pandemic, WWE paid its tribute to the troops from the federation’s ThunderDome, with an event that was very much felt even in that case.

Usually, all members of the community who are part of the US military are invited to this event, who are given tickets to show. Roman Reigns has successfully defended his title against Edge, Daniel Bryan, Finn Balor, and John Cena and isn’t ready to drop it just yet.

His next assignment will be at WWE Crown Jewel, where he will take on Brock Lesnar for the coveted prize.

As revealed in the last few hours by the well-known podcast of the Fightful Select, the matches to be proposed then to the Tribute to the Troops were already recorded last night in Ontario, with the WWE who wanted to propose a match champion vs champion, which will be broadcast just to the tribute to the troops.

In fact, Roman Reigns will face the Intercontinental Champion of Friday Night Smackdown, in a match that several fans already know how it ends, having seen it live and with many others who are looking forward to seeing it on TV.
