The in-form West Ham striker – who only received his Jamaican passport in August – broke the deadlock for the Reggae Boyz in the 82nd minute of their match in El Salvador.
A long clearance by Kemar Lawrence was latched onto by the 31-year-old, who shrugged off the efforts of Roberto Dominguez before bearing down on goal.
