The Challenge Tour moves from Austria to Germany for the 18th seasonal event on the calendar, the Big Green Egg German Challenge powered by VcG, now in its third edition and scheduled from 20 to 23 July at the Wittelsbacher Golfclub in Neuburg an der Donau.
Ten Italians in the field: Andrea Pavan, Renato Paratore, Francesco Laporta, Lorenzo Gagli, Filippo Celli, Jacopo Vecchi Fossa, Aron Zemmer, Gregorio De Leo, Stefano Mazzoli and Giovanni Manzoni.

In the field of the Big Green Egg German Challenge five of the top ten of the Road To Mallorca (order of merit) including the new number 1, the 19-year-old South African Casey Jarvis who obtained his first success in the previous Euram Bank Open, after having been among the absolute protagonists during the year as evidenced by five placements among the top ten, including three second places.
With him the Spaniard Manuel Elvira (n. 4), the Zimbabwean Benjamin Follett-Smith, the South African Brandon Stone (n. 9) and the aforementioned Pavan (n. 10) who last week’s rest session cost him a step back in the rankings.Among the favorites the Portuguese Ricardo Gouveia and the English Jamie Rutherford and Will Enefer and the group of South Africans almost always compact on the starting tee.
In addition to Stone there will be the others who compete to have the ‘card’ for the DP World Tour 2024 at the end of the season which will go to the top 20 on the money list: JJ Senekal (n. 11), Jaco Prinsloo (n. 12) and Dylan Mostert, who after winning one race (Nelson Mandela Bay Championship) has increasingly lost his condition, going down from the top of the standings to 20th place.Matteo Manassero (two wins) and Lorenzo Scalise (one title) will be missing among the Azzurri, who allowed himself a second consecutive rest.
