New Rule Set for WWE SummerSlam Main Event

[ad_1]

The stakes are high, as WWE’s SummerSlam in Cleveland, Ohio, this Saturday features a stipulation last seen at WrestleMania 40. In a recent episode of “WWE SmackDown,” Solo Sikoa did not mince his words while issuing an outright challenge to the undisputed WWE champion Cody Rhodes for a Bloodline Rules match.

This created great suspense as the powerful Bloodline faction surrounded the ring. Rhodes went straight to confront Sikoa in his face inside the ring. He described Sikoa as a “self-proclaimed tribal chief” and asserted that he himself is truly an undivided champion.

With confidence, Rhodes underscored that even if he loses to Sikoa at SummerSlam a possibility he does not anticipate, but he will avenge Kevin Owens and Randy Orton who have been victims of Bloodline.

Sikoa Challenges Rhodes

Rhodes repeatedly mentioned winning against Roman Reigns under the same match conditions; however, Sikoa made other sharp remarks about him.

At the time of his fall from grace, Reigns was called a ”weak tribal chief,” unlike Solo Sikoa, who positioned himself as a more viable opposition. Asserting his strength, Sikoa declared, “I am not weak; I am dangerous”.

This implied they wanted to agree on Bloodlines Rule, which would prevail during their main event. Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga started making their way toward the ramp, with Tonga Loa unexpectedly emerging from behind. Although Rhodes acknowledged the possible dangers associated with accepting Sithikol’s dare, it paved the way for what is anticipated as an epic clash.

Previously, it was Rhodes versus Reigns on similar terms, where Dwayne Johnson was in Reigns’ corner, along with others and debutants in new members of Bloodline. In the forthcoming game, Rhodes seeks to emulate his past victory records under immense pressure, like this historical backdrop.

When high stakes meet rejuvenated rivalries, SummerSlam becomes an arena for settling old scores and creating new legends.
