Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has left a fan ‘very disappointed’ after signing two Christian Pulisic replica shirts during his side’s pre-season tour in the United States.
The Blues have arrived in Los Angeles to play Club America and Charlotte FC as Thomas Tuchel’s team prepare for the new season.
They have been given a warm welcome by local supporters who gathered outside the side’s training base, and one fan was eager to get the autograph of a fellow American, Pulisic. However, things didn’t exactly go to plan for him.
‘Yesterday I attempted to get @cpulisic_10 to sign his USA & Dortmund kits at Chelsea training (he didn’t). Instead Jorginho shockingly walked up and immediately signed both without asking,’ the fan with the Twitter handle @JSRFootball wrote alongside a video of the incident.
‘I have no idea why, nobody else did. My jerseys are now ruined and I’m very disappointed.’
