CM Punk reveals one of the consequences of his WWE success

The veteran from Chicago has had an impact on this business that has few equals and it is for this reason that WWE has chosen to focus on his talent once again, despite being abruptly released from All Elite Wrestling due to a fight in the locker room at the end of an event.

At the time, everyone thought that 'The Second City Saint' would not have another chance to compete at a high level, instead Triple H contacted him and offered him the chance to return to Stamford.

Punk accepted that proposal and radically changed his attitude compared to his first WWE experience, during which he had problems relating to his colleagues and management.

Since he made his WWE return, he has not made any mistakes and has taken away numerous satisfactions from the end of 2023 until today. In particular, Punk participated in the main event of WrestleMania for the first time in his career and returned to be world champion surprising everyone.

Thanks to his successful career in the world of professional wrestling, the star from Chicago became rich and was able to achieve all his dreams.

Interviewed by Stephanie McMahon on the latest episode of his podcast, Punk revealed how his success brought several people who were interested in his money closer to him: “I tried to—I don’t know if ‘fix things’ is the word—but you find out real fast when you become famous and you have money. Nobody cared what color you were or what your religion was. It was just like, ‘We’re all wrestlers,’ and it was us versus them. These people treated me better than Mom and Dad, and it didn’t make any sense to me. At a very early age, I didn’t cry about it. I was just like, ‘Oh, I’m not getting it here. I’ll get it here.’”

'The Second City Saint' has just beaten Sami Zayn to end his reign as world champion after nine days.
