CM Punk warns John Cena and Hulk Hogan for the 2025 Royal Rumble

After the official passage of Monday Night Raw on Netflix, fans are wondering what the WWE management has in mind for the 2025 edition of the Royal Rumble. This event has been moved a few weeks earlier than usual and will be held in Indianapolis on February 1st, promising to give fans a memorable show before WrestleMania 41.

The royal brawl will be full of legends in this edition, as the presence of John Cena (at the last participation of his career before retirement) and Roman Reigns has already been announced. Among the great protagonists of the first Premier Live Event of the year there will also be CM Punk, who is going through one of the best moments of his career and who has just faced Seth Rollins on Raw on January 6.

On the latest episode of the red show — which was held at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on Jan. 20 — Punk took the mic and thanked the crowd, before reiterating his goal of winning the royal brawl scheduled for Feb. 1st.

The former All Elite Wrestling star also expressed his desire to humiliate John Cena and Hulk Hogan in the first PLE of the new year. The former world champion showed all his repertoire and increased the hype ahead of the 2025 Royal Rumble, which promises to be one of the most spectacular and uncertain editions of the modern era.

It’s no secret that Punk wants to win the world title again in 2025, but there are plenty of opponents right now, and Cena’s farewell tour could hinder his plans. Everyone knows that the champion from Boston dreams of winning his 17th world title to break the record he has shared with Ric Flair for many years.

Triple H and WWE management are carefully reflecting on Cena’s schedule, who will also be present in Toronto for Elimination Chamber on March 1st. The 16-time world champion will say goodbye to professional wrestling at the end of this year.
