CM Punk’s Potential Comeback at WWE Money in the Bank 2024: Ring Return Update

It’s been the impact of the legendary WWE Superstar, CM Punk who, due to a triceps injury, hasn’t competed in any ring activity since this past January yet thrills the WWE Universe by coming out to WWE television and engaging in various activities on social media.
Notably, he made that sensational appearance at the Clash at The Castle Premium Live Event where, really more than some would have thought, he had a big part in the match that finally saw Drew McIntyre lose the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Damian Priest.
At the event, CM Punk announced that he would not appear on Monday Night RAW on June 17 due to a previously scheduled medical evaluation, which begged questions about his fitness and whether or not he would be cleared to compete again.
Via Wrestle Votes, I’ve learned that last week’s RAW roster sheet had an in-ring return for CM Punk provisionally slated for the end of July. This scheduling would say that while he will not be cleared in time for the upcoming Money In The Bank event on 6th July, he’s projected to make a total return by SummerSlam on August 3rd.

The report adds, “According to last week’s RAW roster sheet, CM Punk’s return date was slotted for the end of July. As things stand, he’s unlikely to be cleared for MITB on 7/6, but he should be good to go for SummerSlam on 8/3.” At least this timeline gives some hope to the fans who desperately want to watch the star return to action.
Well, all said and done, it’s all about SummerSlam, as the wrestling universe holds its breath for the much-anticipated showdown between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. What is billed as a high-stake confrontation is supposed to be part of this Premium Live Event on 3rd August.
