Dominik Mysterio Slams The Rock, CM Punk, and WWE Veterans

Dirty” Dominik Mysterio has never shied away from controversy. From the intense build-up with his dad ahead of WrestleMania 39 to the surprise betrayal against Rhea Ripley at SummerSlam 2024, Mysterio has never missed an opportunity to start a mess, establishing him as one of the most polarizing figures in WWE.

On a recent appearance on “Foundation Radio,” Mysterio stirred the pot once again, this time at the expense of CM Punk, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and the wave of WWE legends making returns. His words spoke volumes about his brazen disdain for the wrestling world’s veterans.

“First of all, last time I was with CM Punk, I was what? Eleven years old?” Mysterio remembered.

“And he thought he was a big man happy Birthday to my loser sister. But, anyway, I’d like to see him now, you know? I was my dad’s height—5 foot 5 inches, 5 foot 2 inches—so now I’m 6 foot 1 inches, 200 pounds. I’ve seen Punk wrestle.

Bring It On

So, let us see what you got, Old Man. While Punk and Dominik did face each other in a few WWE dark matches during his recent time in WWE, the two have never competed against each other in a televised match, but a future match between the two could still happen, and it would be something many make sure to pay attention to. Asked about his earlier digs at The Rock, including his criticism of Johnson’s acting in “The Mummy 2″ as, in fact, the only thing he has done worthwhile, Dominik didn’t hold back. He said he isn’t worried about any possible response from Hollywood’s biggest star. Honestly, I’m just tired of these old heads thinking they can hang, come in here with this younger generation,” Mysterio said.

“At the end of the day, I’m my own person, I’m the greatest Mysterio of all time. Do these old heads want to come in and get it? They all can. CM Punk, The Rock? Don’t matter. They’re just mad ’cause they don’t have hair, and I do got the best hair and best mustache.
