WWE Hall of Famer ‘Miserable’

[ad_1]

WWE Hall Of Famer Eric Bischoff caused controversy on his “83 Weeks” podcast recently, telling Bret Hart to stick with wrestling and not become a movie critic. Bischoff called Hart “the most miserable human being” and while he offered his respect for all of Hart’s accomplishments, said that simply wasn’t enough as the Excellence Of Execution has always been down on wrestling.

Bischoff reiterated his confusion as to why Hart maintained the grudge for so long, pointing back at an event during their WCW Starrcade 1999 match in which Goldberg kicked him and gave him a concussion. But Bischoff tore into the decades long story, suggested that maybe it was really a prior instance in the match that had caused hart’s injury.

He shared a certain moment that resulted in Hart’s head bouncing “hard off the ring/the floor.

Bischoff Questions Injury

In other words, he looked at his own martial arts injuries and related them to Hart’s wrestling injuries.

I got kicked in the head hard enough to get put out, but I also don’t think that Goldberg’s kick is definitely THE concussion for Bret,” he said of what remains an uncertainty around when exactly Hart sustained his injuries.

The podcast also showcased Bischojson’ frustration at Hart’s seemingly endless need to publicly bash the men who shared his craft, specifically in this instance singling out Paul “Triple H” Levesque as head of WWE Creative.

Bischoff also stated that Hart was too critical and failed to recognize the great things others accomplished in wrestling. Which led Bischoff to snap: “It’s like Bret thinks he invented pro wrestling. In a lengthier statement he made, Bischoff even went as far to say that the wrestling community would have been in better shape without Hart being with them and compared him unfavorably to Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, The Undertaker.

He wouldn’t kept up his bitterness, these legends try to put something back compared to Bret who probably just spends most of the time…
