‘I will do everything to win at least one in 2025’

Novak Djokovic is still seeking his milestone 100th ATP title after three tournaments of the new season. The 24-time Major winner failed to reach the final in Brisbane, Melbourne and Doha, turning his focus to the American hard-court Masters 1000 events.

Novak turns 38 in May but he still feels motivation to chase notable titles and more records. Djokovic would love to win at least one of the remaining three Major events of the season. He hopes to compete injury-free in Paris, London and New York and challenge the rivals from the top.

The Serb would love to grab his 25th Major crown, although he left his closes rivals behind two years ago. Djokovic enjoyed an incredible ride on the most notable tennis scene in 2023, winning 27 of 28 matches and lifting three trophies from four finals!

Thus, the Serb became a proud owner of 24 Major trophies, collecting at least three at all four tournaments. Novak could not repeat that run in 2024. The veteran fell to Jannik Sinner in the Australian Open semi-final in four sets after failing to create a break chance.

Djokovic injured his right knee at Roland Garros. The defending champion prevailed over Lorenzo Musetti and Francisco Cerundolo en route to the quarter-final. The Serb withdrew ahead of the Casper Ruud clash and underwent surgery.

Novak recovered for Wimbledon and played well with protection over his troubled knee. The veteran reached the title clash and faced Carlos Alcaraz. Like 12 months before, the Spaniard bested the legend, defending the crown and keeping Djokovic away from Roger Federer’s record.

Novak threw everything at the Olympic Games in Paris, seeking the last notable title…
