Indi Hartwell and Jody Threat Advance in KO TV Tournament; Brookside Remains Champ
Tonight on TNA Impact, we’re in store for some more Knockouts action with title implications on the line.
First, Gia Miller is backstage interviewing Lei Ying Lee, who is set to have her No Disqualifications title rematch against the current TNA Knockouts World Champion, Xia Brookside. Lee is setting all their history aside as she looks to gain the title back in the main event.

We continue with the TNA Knockouts TV Championship tournament as we advance through the first round brackets. First up, Indi Hartwell takes on “Vicious” Vicki Venuto. These two had once teamed up during the Countdown To Genesis early this year, but tonight meet on opposing sides.

Venuto is not pulling any punches tonight, but Hartwell understands what’s on the line as well. Hartwell is in trouble for most of the match, but finds her fight back as she hits a Spinebuster. She locks Venuto up and lands the Hurts Donut to advance in the tournament.

Next in the tournament, Jody Threat is back to take on Gabby Forza. While Threat has been out of action since April, Forza looks to make her TNA Impact debut tonight!

The two show a sign of respect due to their shared history, but the more experienced Threat looks to show Forza what a Knockout is made of. But, Forza is determined to use her strength to toss Threat around the ring. Threat uses her ring awareness to catch Forza on the ropes and send her packing to the outside.
