Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga Capture WWE Titles

Amidst whispers that Roman Reigns will make a much-anticipated return, a new chapter was written for the Bloodline faction in an electrifying WWE SmackDown event on the night before SummerSlam. The show began with a tense exchange between Solo Sikoa and Cody Rhodes.
Thus, Sikoa proposed having the bout under strict Bloodline Rules, a challenge accepted by Rhodes, who remembered his match at WrestleMania 40 against Reigns under similar terms. The high point of the evening saw Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga of the Bloodline team up to take on #DIY for the WWE Tag Team Titles.
This had been arranged after Fatu and Tonga won an impressive gauntlet match last week. So, with their brother Tonga Loa and ally Guerillas of Destiny present at ringside, it was apparent that this would be an epic showdown.
#DIY entered the match like rockets, initially overpowering their opposition and even landing Shatter Machine on Tonga, signaling a strong defense of their titles. However, the momentum changes when Loa creates an opening that allows Sikoa to attack Gargano.
After this distraction, Tonga achieved a reverse DDT when he saw that Gargano was still reeling from being hit by Sikoa just moments ago. Despite Loa’s continued interference, Gargano retaliated, landing a tope suicida on Tonga.

The match reached its boiling point when Fatu, after surviving a reverse hurricane, came back with a powerful Samoan Drop followed by a mind-blowing moonsault, leading his team to victory. Post-match included Sikoa holding tag titles, standing over defeated Gargano, and sending severe warnings across to Rhodes.
For both Fatu and Tonga, this triumph heralded significant milestones as it marked their first title win in WWE. Having previously held the MLW World Heavyweight Championship, Fatu has not been a stranger to championship gold.
