Jake Paul has revealed his own brother Logan urged him to retire after he defeated ex-MMA star Anderson Silva for his sixth straight professional win – but has vowed to continue as he set his sights on a title belt.
The YouTuber has defied expectations in his boxing career as he edged the Brazilian to win yet another fight, immediately calling out another former UFC fighter in Nate Diaz – as well as pound-for-pound star Canelo Alvarez.
Paul said after the fight that his brother wanted him to walk away from the sport to leave the world stunned, but he insisted this was ‘just the start’ for his time as a boxer – saying he is ‘just getting warmed up’.

‘My brother says that I should retire and leave the world and people with their jaws dropped.
‘A kid that just went 6-0, beat some of the best MMA fighters and then just doesn’t do it anymore. I’m not going to do that, but I have exceeded my own expectations. I think this is just the start, I’m really starting to get good and there’s a lot of people…
