Kay Lee Ray Talks Potential First Time Opponents She Wants To Take On
Since departing from WWE in April, Ray has appeared for Pro Wrestling EVE in the UK. There she has had a stare down with Kris Statlander and is booked in a number on contender match against Rhio. The winner will face the newly crowned Eve International Champion – Miyu Yamashita. Yamashita defeated Statlander during EVE’s last event where Ray appeared.
While speaking with Busted Open Radio, Ray detailed who she will want to face. Many are first time opponents, and many are under the AEW roster.
“There’s so many, and not just opponents, but like first time opponents to me,” Ray said. “Some that come off the top of my head. Willow [Nightingale], [Kris] Stat, Miyu [Yamashita], Mercedes [Mone], like all people that I’ve just never even crossed paths with that I just can’t wait to get in there and just see what story we can create and what magic we can make happen.”
