"What she said isn't true. I do my best to keep my family private," Karina wrote. She added that it angers her when someone speaks about her children on a public platform without consent from her, Kevin or the children themselves, calling the need to clarify it "so ridiculous."
It would be easy to frame this as a feud between two WWE personalities. It isn't really one. Kelley and Owens are, by all accounts, genuine friends. Nothing in Karina's statement suggests otherwise. The objection is narrower and arguably more important: a parent's right to control what medical information about a minor reaches the public.
