Novak Djokovic is still able to improve his game

Hardly anyone imagined that Novak Djokovic would win the gold medal at the Paris Olympics. In one of the most complicated seasons of his career, the Serbian champion has performed exceptionally well on the most important day.
The former world number 1 had little chance of beating Carlos Alcaraz in the Paris Olympics final according to bookmakers, but he did a legendary feat that shocked the whole world. The 24-time Grand Slam champion truly completed the puzzle with his victory in Paris, confirming that he is one of the best athletes of the modern era.
The 37-year-old from Belgrade cried a lot after his triumph in Paris and had fun with his countrymen in the following hours. Nole is enjoying a few days of relaxation and has announced that he will not be competing at the Cincinnati Masters 1000, where he was supposed to defend the title won last year.
Novak will return to play at the US Open in late August, a calculated risk for a player who has nothing left to prove. His next big goal will be to win his 25th Grand Slam title, perhaps already in New York in a few weeks. The Serbian has not won a Major this year, having been defeated by Alcaraz in the final of the Wimbledon Championships.
Nole continues to improve his game

The 24-time Grand Slam champion made a difference with his two most underrated shots: the serve and the forehand. Novak served well throughout the match and played some crazy forehands in both tiebreaks.
In a recent interview, Andrea Petkovic paid tribute to Nole: “Novak Djokovic has shown us what belief can do to turn a season around. He didn’t win a title all year (which is not unusual for anybody else but him) but found his best game to win gold when it mattered most to him. How did he do it? Belief. In himself and God. He was wearing a cross around his neck…
