Backstage updates on Nia Jax’s WWE absence

WWE fans had been very eager to know why Nia Jax was not being shown on television. The audiences watching on television questioned The powerhouse ever since she disappeared from WWE broadcasts and her ring-closing dominance left an obvious gap.

WrestleVotes is reporting that Nia Jax was given an inactive status to compete and no specific information is given as to why. We are not yet sure whether or not Nia Jax received the medical clearance she was supposed to obtain two weeks ago.

A Look Back at Nia's Recent Journey

Nia had several major events happen to her last year. She made an amazing comeback from retirement at the 2023 Royal Rumble as the final entry of all the fighters.

The eleven-woman group chose to take her out of competition after she hung around so long. She took up the fighting stance by attacking Raquel Rodriguez and then targeting Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley on the September 11 Raw episode.

Nia held the WWE Women's Championship until January 2025 when she defeated Bayley at SummerSlam with assistance from Tiffany Stratton. Nia's Women's Championship reign lasted 153 days before ending when Stratton cashed it in on January 3, 2025.

After this encounter, Nia began feuding with Stratton and this caused her to join forces with Candice LeRae to take on Stratton as well as Trish Stratus. Losing this made her disappear from television.

Wrestling enthusiasts are all eyes as they are keen to know the status of Nia and when she is expected to be back.

Her professional determination and grit have defined her wrestling career so much that fans are convinced that she is going to come back victorious from this setback. The world of the WWE is going to witness the Irresistible Force again whenever she comes back.
