Nikki Bella Returns On SmackDown, Six Woman Tag Team Bout Added To SummerSlam
After an ankle injury sidelined her for months and had her miss out on WrestleMania, Nikki is back. She returned on the July 24 episode of SmackDown and made the save for Paige and her sister Brie Bella.
Brie had just pinned one-half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Lainey Reid, when the rest of Fatal Influence went on the attack. Nikki rushed out to even the odds and get some revenge. She then declared a six-woman tag team match for next weekend at SummerSlam. The Bella Twins and Paige will be taking on Fatal Influence as the third women’s match confirmed for the two-night event.
