North Melbourne star forward Cameron Zurhaar has let his now former teammate Jason Horne-Francis know exactly what he thinks of the 2021’s No. 1 draft pick quitting the club to return home to Adelaide.
Based on his social media activity, Zurhaar, 24, was keen to see the back of the former no.1 draft pick.

Horne-Francis, 19, was traded to Port Adelaide on a six-year contract in a four-club AFL ‘mega deal’ which saw 13 draft picks change hands, with GWS claiming November’s top selection and the Kangaroos getting picks two and three.
A trade request from the homesick Horne-Francis – whose stepfather Fabian Francis played with the Power – became increasingly likely as he became unsettled at the struggling Kangaroos, and Zurhaar was clearly happy to see him leave.

‘Elite,’ Zurhaar commented on the Instagram post in which North Melbourne confirmed the trade news.
The juicy comment could have been defended as an appreciation of the club’s draft haul, but a subsequent barb on social media made it more personal.
