Reporter links WWE to PAC’s 2019 visa problems

Wrestling reporter David Bixenspan has accused WWE of contacting US Citizenship and Immigration Services about PAC shortly before AEW's 2019 launch.

The allegation, published after WWE scheduled Worlds Collide one hour before AEW's PAC tribute, adds a serious claim to the tension surrounding the competing broadcasts.Bixenspan wrote that when AEW filed trademarks connected to PAC's debut, “WWE called USCIS to claim he walked out on his visa.” He also alleged that WWE had otherwise left PAC alone for a year and granted his release.PAC did experience visa problems in spring 2019.

Those issues caused him to miss WrestleCon and were part of the complications surrounding his planned appearance at AEW's first Double or Nothing event.
