New details on NXT No Mercy

On September 1st, 2024 will be held the PLE WWE NXT No Mercy, with the federation of Stamford that has already begun to build the card of the event that looks high level, considering that WWE itself wants to introduce in big the debut of NXT on the CW broadcaster.

During the last episode of the show that was staged on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, we had two updates regarding the card of NXT No Mercy, with two former best friends and tag team partners Wes Lee and Zachary Wentz who went head-to-head braving what they did and didn’t do for each other, after Wes Lee recently made a heel turn on the rest of the Rascalz.

After this intense face-to-face, WWE confirmed that the two will go head-to-head in a single match at NXT No Mercy, with Wes Lee promising Zachary Wentz he will show him why he is a WWE Superstar while his former friend a TNA wrestler; while the other one told him he’s going to show him how a TNA wrestler kicks a WWE Superstar in the ass.

While later in the main event of the episode, GM Ava announced that in the NXT Championship match between champion Ethan Page and his TNA challenger Joe Hendry, there will be a special referee: Trick Williams.

Update on NXT No Mercy

In the last episode WWE had announced other matches for the various titles that will be held at NXT No Mercy: Roxanne Perez vs Jaida Parker for the NXT Women’s Championship (after Parker won the gauntlet match to declare the #1 contender for the title beating Brinley Reece, Wren Sinclair, Kendal Grey, Sol Ruca and Adriana Rizzo) Oba Femi vs Tony D’Angelo for the North American Championship Ethan Page vs Joe Hendry for the NXT Championship (Hendry defeated Wes Lee and Pete Dunne in a no 1 contender match for the title of the top champion) Kelani Jordan vs Wendy Choo for the NXT Women’s North American Championship (after the two got in a fight tonight on the NXT episode with Choo’s “padded” pillows) Chase U vs Nathan Frazer & Axiom for the NXT Tag Team Championship.
