Rhea Ripley Set to Face Liv Morgan for Women’s World Title at WWE

[ad_1]

Only a week after returning unexpectedly during “WWE Raw” where she crashed the victory party of Dominik Mysterio and WWE Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, Rhea Ripley makes an explosive entrance in today’s episode.

Her name was being chanted by the audience as she took over from Ripley and directly challenged Morgan. When the champion responded through a video link, Ripley initially seemed to have offended her. Despite this setback, Ripley was not afraid but stated that having waited for these three months, she could wait a bit more.

She then officially threw down the gauntlet for a title match at SummerSlam. Before Morgan could reply to Ripley’s challenge, the drama of the night increased with Dominik Mysterio entering the ring. Mysterio held one black rose hoping to get Ripley’s attention but he was all but ignored.

It is apparent that Ripley is focused intensely on putting an end to both her championship reign and maybe her career as well apart from stopping Morgan’s streak of winning. In response, Morgan recounted her victories against Ripley which illustrated how much in contrast she has become since their last meeting in competition.

To conclude her intense promo, she dropped themic, stared into camera defiantly and mouthed morgan’s signature taunt “watch me”. Mysterio’s attempt at making peace were futilethroughout this exchange.Despite his efforts ,the audience drowned it out and when they left for backstage,Ripley discarded his offered rose with no care whatsoever.Mysterio pursued riply up until her dressing room along lavishly decorate with black roses and other presents. One got slammed door another bouquet flying across space accompanied by his presents being given back.Having added injury to insult,Damien Priest,WWE world heavyweight champion joined in laughing scornfully at his misfortune.

This growing enmity creates grounds for high-stakes confrontation at SummerSlam looking forward to a match that may change WWE…
