Amadou Diawara’s agent has slammed Jose Mourinho for banishing the midfielder from his Roma squad and creating an ‘uncomfortable situation’ at the club.
The Guinea International was one of four players ostracised by Mourinho in the wake of last week’s embarrassing 6-1 defeat to Norwegians Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
Mourinho claimed after the loss that his fringe players were inadequate and that ‘he only has 13 players’ in his squad who are up to scratch.

He dropped Diawara, Borja Mayoral, Gonzalo Villar and Bryan Reynolds from his squad entirely for the Serie A games against Napoli on Sunday and they have not been picked for Wednesday night’s trip to Cagliari either.
