‘Even if Roger Federer has become a billionaire…’, says top analyst

He squandered all of that and allowed Djokovic to steal the crown from him in Wimbledon’s longest final. The Serbian gave his best to stay on the rise and fight against the rival who had the upper hand in the most important part of the match.

He fended off two match points on the return at 7-8 in the fifth set and produced nerves of steel in all three tie breaks to clinch a 16th Major title. The general numbers were on Federer’s side.
