Roman Reigns opens up on his relationship with Jon Moxley

Roman Reigns has become the undisputed symbol of the WWE, having made himself the author of a memorable ride in the past two years. The ‘Tribal Chief’ was supposed to challenge Brock Lesnar on ‘Day 1’, the first pay-per-view of 2022, but tested positive for Coronavirus shortly before the event.
The Universal champion returned in the January 7 episode of SmackDown, reassuring the WWE Universe about his state of health. His absence on Day 1 led Lesnar to compete in a Fatal Five-Way match for the WWE Championship. Reigns will be called to defend his belt at the Royal Rumble 2022 against former friend Seth Rollins.
Guest of Jimmy Traina in the latest edition of the ‘SI Media Podcast’, Roman confessed that he has not yet fully recovered from COVID-19. He also talked about Jon Moxley.

Roman Reigns recently spoke candidly about no longer hanging out with former stablemate Jon Moxley.
Roman Reigns and Jon Moxley were once inseparable. The duo, along with Seth Rollins, debuted and gained fame as The Shield in WWE. Today, Reigns is the most despised heel in the company, while Mox is a top babyface in All Elite Wrestling.
“Compared to so many people who have lived through horrible times during this pandemic, mine was almost a walk in the park. As far as I’m concerned, I especially caught a sinus infection, a little bronchial cough and an annoying chest tightness.
In the last couple of weeks, I have noticed that – when I peak on my bike or while running – I can no longer maintain the intensity I used to and feel a little short of breath. Although the Coronavirus did not have such terrible effects on me, it forced me to remain still for some time” – Roman Reigns said.
The latter also spoke of his relationship with Jon Moxley: “We were very close to the days of the Shield, I would say almost inseparable. Now the relationship has cooled, also because he left the WWE and took a different path.
I don’t think the Shield will ever come back into…
