Sky Sports were forced to apologise when Nottingham Forest captain Joe Worrall swore during an emotional post-match interview – after his side’s Championship play-off success.

In the delirium of victory, captain Worrall forgot to adjust his language and described Forest’s form as ‘s***e’ in previous seasons.

The Sky reporter was then forced to light-heartedly apologise and say: ‘Joe it’s understandable with your emotions but we must apologise for your language there.’
