A host of stars from the world of sport have taken to social media to celebrate the New Year.
With midnight and the start of 2022 edging ever closer, many famous faces joined in the celebrations, including Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe.
Mbappe wrote on Twitter: ‘Road to 2022… Happy New Year everyone I wish you health, happiness and success.’

Kane’s Tottenham team-mate Giovani Lo Celso posted a picture of Antonio Conte’s squad ahead of Saturday’s game away to Watford. He wrote: ‘Bye 2021 Soon: 2022. December 31 at the hotel. Ready for tomorrow’.
Meanwhile, Chelsea and England star Mason Mount wrote: ‘HNY’ and posted a picture of himself.
