Nyla Rose Questions Her Heel Role in AEW

Since AEW was established, Nyla Rose, the fearsome previous AEW Women’s World Champion who is “The Native Beast” has been a major player in portraying complex evil. Still her character gets downplayed because of new talent coming in, making many to speculate whether she may be cast wrongly within this firm.

Rose talked about why her villainous role could be considered a misfit during an interview with Renee Paquette on the show named “Close Up”. She countered the question by explaining: “I do not think that I have been miscast per se”.

At the startup of AEW we needed someone like me; this big meanie but as time goes on characters tend to change and we are at that point now. If anything I would say missed opportunities and I’m sure a lot of fans agree”.

Nyla Rose Future Path

AEW fans were treated to a masterclass in domination, especially throughout her early tenure which coincided with COVID-19 pandemic. Nevertheless, this decline in airtime for some months has not escaped followers’ attention who loudly express their desire for more of Rose on TV screen.

In anticipation of what lies ahead for her, Rose is cautiously optimistic about her future path most likely as a hero. “The writing had been on the wall”, Rose admitted. “We’ve tried to guide things that way because it’s what fans have wanted for years but due to unforeseen circumstances there have been setbacks and delays along the way but I feel like we’re back on track again”.

I wish that happened earlier than now and looking back there were some pranks and stuffs that actually fitted well into this change; however, they can still be revisited”. Changing from being dreaded opponent to becoming beloved heroine can rejuvenate Rose’s character thereby attracting fans once more since she has always been one of AEW original pillars in women’s division.

This prospective alteration reflects changes taking place in AEW highlighting how even existing characters can be…
