Last month, John Cena officially announced that he would be retiring from professional wrestling at WWE Money in the Bank, revealing that his career would come to an end by the end of 2025 in-ring. Since this is one of the most famous figures in WWE history, there has already been a lot of buzz around Cena’s farewell tour among fans and insiders.

Tommy Dreamer, a long-time veteran in the industry and regular on Busted Open Radio, shared his thoughts on how he would book Cena’s last year wrestling. Dreamer outlined several ideas for Cena’s retirement tour during his talk.

However, Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes are amongst many others who might want to face him while Tommy spotted two veterans who would make excellent opponents for Cena’s last ever match. “It should be The Rock or Randy Orton personally,” Dreamer added.

“I kind of like Randy because they both started off together in OVW and they had a really good feud”. Whichever way it turns out though, Dreamer feels that Cena should go out on top after his final fight happens.

He stated that Cane should win his very last bout as he concludes his amazing career that spanned over decades with the title belt. Another option was suggested by Dreamers that Cena could win the world title and break Ric Flair’s all-time record.
