The North London club saw both of their bids rejected by the Premier League side – including one worth £40m (double their current asking price).
Therefore, they will be eager to finally land Traore – who featured in LaLiga for the Barcelona first-team before being bought by Aston Villa, then Middlesbrough then Wolves in 2018.
