Buddy Matthews definitively clarifies his future

In recent years, All Elite Wrestling has welcomed several former WWE superstars to its roster who were unhappy or wanted to revive their careers. Recently, Bobby Lashley made his debut in AEW and Tony Khan gave him much more creative freedom than ‘The All Mighty’ had when he worked in WWE.

Another athlete who has changed a lot since he landed in AEW is certainly Buddy Matthews. The latter was Seth Rollins’ squire during the feud with the Mysterio family in WWE, before moving to All Elite Wrestling where the second part of his career began.

Buddy changed his character in his new company and joined the stable called ‘House of Black’ along with Malakai Black and Brody King. However – according to the latest rumors – it is not excluded that Matthews may return to WWE in the near future.

The main reason behind these speculations lies in the fact that Buddy is in a relationship with WWE legend Rhea Ripley, with whom he married on June 24 of this year. Despite these rumors, the truth is that Matthews is very comfortable in AEW and has finally found his ideal dimension.

In a long interview with ‘Wrestle Radio Australia’ a few days ago, he provided a very important update on his current status: “It doesn’t impact anything.
